We want you happy with what you bought and with the work we do. This page sets out exactly what is covered, for how long, and what to do if something is not right. No fine print and no runaround.
Devices, Repairs and Accessories
Every device we sell and every repair we carry out is backed. Here is exactly how each one works.
Device Sales
Every device we sell carries a 60 day warranty against hardware failure.
If something goes wrong in that time, bring it back and we will repair it first. If it cannot be repaired, we will exchange it for the same model or one of equal value. You are welcome to upgrade to something better by paying the difference.
Repairs
Repairs carry a 90 day warranty covering defects in the replacement part or in our workmanship. Batteries we install carry a 1 year warranty.
Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, accidental damage and tampering. Diagnostics, factory resets, cleanings and operating system installs carry no warranty.
Changed Your Mind
You can swap a device within 30 days for something of the same value or higher, as long as it is undamaged and in the same condition you received it.
Accessories
- Cases and non powered accessories can be exchanged if you bought the wrong model.
- Powered accessories such as chargers and speakers can be exchanged within 30 days.
- We do not refund accessories.
Ordered Online
If you bought from our website you do not have to come to the store. Online orders can be returned online.
Start it from Track Your Order with your order number, or give us a call on (336) 294-9188 and we will take it from there.
Unclaimed Items
Devices not picked up within 60 days of completion will be recycled or disposed of to recover costs. If you need more time, call us and we will make a note on your ticket.
Limit
IMEI Status, Guaranteed For Life
We guarantee the IMEI status of every device we sell, permanently, with no time limit. If a device you bought from us is ever reported blacklisted, we will exchange or refund it, no questions asked. That is the one promise we never put a clock on.
The device has to come back in the same condition we sold it in. If it has been damaged or needs repair, the cost of putting it right is deducted from the exchange or refund.

We check the device on the spot and tell you straight what is covered and what your options are. No pressure either way.

Repair, exchange or refund depending on the policy above. Most cases are handled the same day you walk in.
