The Jaytronixx text message service (the “Service”) is operated by Jaytronixx Holding (“Jaytronixx”, “we”, “us”), 4131 Spring Garden St, Suite B, Greensboro, NC 27407.

What we text. When you request a buyback quote on our website and check the box to receive texts, we send automated text messages about your quote and offer, including reminders about your offer, your lock-in bonus and when your offer expires.

Consent. By checking the box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of getting an offer or selling a device to us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out, and no further texts after that. You can opt back in by checking the box again on a new quote.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes. We may change these terms at any time. The current version is always on this page.
